Due to the unfairness of the revised Mustang Region I have taken it down and will adding additional teams to make it fair. I am sorry for the any inconviences this may have, but we discovered early this morning that we had left a team off of the original bracket. In my haste to correct the error I approval the earlier bracket which was unfair to one of the Pools. I have therefore asked my staff to produce a new bracket that is fair to all the teams and to help keep the teams that are traveling from the East and South Regions to their original game times and date as possible. <br />

Please accept my apology for this confusion and inconviences this has caused.<br />

Pinto and Shetland Tournaments Rules

<br />
Pinto Rule 8 (a) changes to read: a) Game length shall be six (6) innings, unless the score is tied. In this event the game will be played to its conclusion. <br />
<br />
Shetland Rule A-1 changed to read: Be of proper age based on Age Chart in the Pony Baseball Rulebook.<br />
<br />
Shetland Rule 8 (D-2) changes to read: If there is a tenth player being used that player must be an outfielders, stationed not less then 15 feet behind the baseline when the coach pitches the ball. Note: All outfielders must be stationed not less then 15 feet behind the baseline (between 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd) when the coach pitches the ball.<br />
<br />
Sheltand Rule 8 (D-3) removed the comment about where to station additional infielders, since changing he maxmium number of player from 12 to 10 and we clarified where the 10th player must be started. <br />
<br />
Sheltand Rule 9-E changes to read: When the batter fails to swing at two successive pitches by the coach, the umpire shall begin called pitches within the strike zone “called strikes” and the batter shall be out after a third strike, whether it be by swing, on called strikes, or any combination thereof. <br />
<br />
This done to be in line with the changing the maximum number of pitches from 6 to 5. Before it read: three successive pitches by the coach, which meant that a player could be out on two strikes, if he or she fails to swing at three successive pitches (maximum of 5 pitches from ).<br />

<p><b><font size="5" color="#FF0000">Pony NRC Login Issues</font></b></p>
<p>For the past month, the NRC website was having login problems with many AOL users.
There have been several cases where users are able to login, and have there name
show up as being logged in, and even had the welcome message. But any page move
after that results in the session being terminated, but your name still shows as
being logged in. </p>
<p>We hope that this problem has been corrected with the help of  some web
core developers and AOL's assistance. The site has been tested using AOL's
default browser with no problems. It is not know if other browsers will have
some small effect due to this change, but we will keep an eye on it.</p>
<p>If you notice ANY unusual problems or the site is not functioning properly as
it was intended, please drop us an email and fully explain the issues you are
having. We need feedback from our users to keep things in tip top shape.</p>

Due to a mistake that was discovered in our team count we had to revise the brackets for the Pony (13/14) and the Pony 13 (only) touranments at Westhills, please review the revised brackets that have been uploaded on the website.<br />

Also, we made a change to the Pony bracket at the North Valley tournament in how we are advancing teams to the next level, please review that bracket as well.<br />
